Kit is a CFGI Partner serving Connecticut region clients, with over 20 years of accounting, auditing and valuation experience across financial services, manufacturing, software, technology and energy — from development stage companies to the Fortune 500. Her expertise spans M&A, divestitures, equity offerings, debt restructurings, valuations, impairment assessments, goodwill and cost accounting, internal controls and IPO readiness. Before CFGI, she led internal audit at a late stage start up and spent ten years at GE Capital as Managing Director of Valuations and Technical Controller for its largest division, following ten years in assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kit holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from Simmons College and is a CPA in Connecticut.
